Santa Cruz Architect Derek Van Alstine designed the main house and detached accessory dwelling unit with a classic cottage appeal. That vision was realized with the HIGHEST QUALITY MATERIALS and careful construction and finishing by Bill Passey, of Passey Construction.
The Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) tucked behind the main house features the same Marvin Ultimate Collection windows and doors featuring a Silver exterior finish and Cottage-style SDL grid design.
