MARVIN WINDOWS: FEATURED CASE STUDY
Historic Hollister Downtown Revival
A 100-year-old mixed-use building in the heart of downtown gets a make-over with Marvin's Ultimate Collection
The Hollister House on San Benito St. in downtown Hollister got a makeover in 2026 to accommodate 12 modern apartments featuring Marvin windows.
The renovation of the historic "Hollister House" building is part of a downtown revitalization project aiming to bring more commercial and residential life to the heart of the community. Due to its location and age, the project required strict adherence to historic building codes; a perfect fit for the Marvin Ultimate collection. The renovation is the work of San Jose-based Ciarra Construction.
